The original program runs for 24 days, it has a 3-5 day loading phase followed by 21 days of the actual program. If you have more than 10 kilos/20 pounds to lose then you can repeat the program so 3-5 loading then 40-42 days of program (you will need to get some extra products if you're going for the longer program)
